{1.4} identity as our unique location in time and space
in some ways, i think of {1.1} identity as self-definition: the amorphous idea we use to corral our sense-of-self into something nearly articulable.
i’m beginning to think of it instead as the experience-of-self: how we identify with the conscious and unconscious. all of it. our perspective and way of being immersed in our exact unique context.
in this framing, our continuity might be thought of instead as pistis, or loyalty to our experience, i.e our identity.
